Football Calendars – Supporters Association Partner Terms 1. Introduction
These Partner Terms describe the collaboration between Football Calendars (“Football Calendars”, “we”, “our”) and the participating supporters association (“Partner”, “you”, “your”).
Football Calendars provides football calendar synchronization services that allow football fans to automatically receive match schedules and updates in their preferred calendar application.
By participating as a Partner, you agree to these terms.
2. Purpose of the Partnership
The purpose of this partnership is to help football supporters:
- never miss a match,
- receive automatically updated football fixtures,
- synchronize selected matches with their personal calendar,
- and discover football-related updates and content.
Partners may promote Football Calendars through their own channels and may receive compensation or benefits based on agreed conditions.
3. Partner Benefits
Depending on the partnership type, Football Calendars may provide Partners with:
- a dedicated custom partner URL,
- revenue sharing opportunities,
- branded landing pages,
- customized football calendar campaigns,
- access to usage statistics,
- early access to new features,
- supporter engagement opportunities.
Specific commercial agreements may be agreed separately in writing.
4. Revenue Sharing & Eligible Signups
Partners may qualify for revenue sharing based on legitimate football calendar synchronizations generated through their dedicated custom partner URL.
Only the following qualify for revenue sharing:
- legitimate end-user signups,
- successful football calendar synchronizations,
- and valid active calendar subscriptions.
The following do NOT qualify:
- direct ICS file downloads,
- duplicate or fraudulent signups,
- automated or artificial activity,
- internal testing activity,
- or signups outside the assigned custom partner URL.
Football Calendars reserves the right to:
- verify signups and synchronizations,
- correct technical or administrative errors,
- reject suspicious activity,
- and suspend or cancel payouts in cases of abuse or fraud.
Football Calendars retains sole discretion regarding:
- pricing models,
- sponsorship structures,
- barter agreements,
- advertising arrangements,
- affiliate relationships,
- commercial partnerships,
- and valuation of non-cash commercial benefits.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, Partners are not entitled to:
- compensation,
- commissions,
- revenue sharing,
- or financial participation
related to: - non-cash arrangements,
- barter agreements,
- sponsorship value,
- promotional exchanges,
- media value,
- exposure value,
- or indirect commercial benefits received by Football Calendars.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- only one Partner account may exist per supporters association or informal supporter group.
After termination of the partnership:
- no new signups or synchronizations will qualify for payments,
- including signups through previously used custom partner URLs.
Outstanding approved balances from normal partnership termination remain payable until processed by Football Calendars.
Balances related to partnerships terminated for fraud, abuse, misconduct or legal violations may be cancelled immediately.
5. Branding, Content & Promotion
Partners may use Football Calendars branding, logos and promotional materials solely for purposes directly related to the partnership.
Football Calendars grants Partners a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use provided promotional materials during the active partnership period.
This license automatically ends upon termination of the partnership.
Football Calendars may:
- repost,
- share,
- reference,
- and promote
publicly shared content, social media posts and promotional materials created by the Partner in connection with the partnership.
Both parties agree not to intentionally damage the reputation of the other party.
6. Data Protection, Liability & Security
Football Calendars remains responsible for:
- the football calendar platform,
- technical infrastructure,
- and user data processing.
Partners do not receive direct access to personal user data unless explicitly agreed in writing.
All data processing will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR where applicable.
Football Calendars provides its services on a best-effort basis and excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Football Calendars shall only be liable in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Any liability shall always be limited to the total amount actually paid or payable to the Partner during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Football Calendars shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages,
- consequential damages,
- loss of profits,
- missed opportunities,
- data loss,
- hacking incidents,
- cyberattacks,
- unauthorized access,
- service interruptions,
- or data breaches unless directly caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Football Calendars.
Security incidents, hacking attempts or third-party cyberattacks shall not automatically constitute gross negligence.
7. Data Accuracy & Platform Availability
Football Calendars aims to provide reliable and accurate football calendar information, but cannot guarantee:
- completeness,
- correctness,
- accuracy,
- availability,
- or uninterrupted service.
Match schedules, friendly matches and fixture updates depend on external data providers and availability.
Some matches may not appear due to:
- unavailable source data,
- closed-door fixtures,
- delayed updates,
- or non-standard match formats.
Football Calendars is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete or delayed football data.
All football calendar information is provided solely for informational, educational and entertainment purposes.
Football Calendars does not provide betting advice or financial advice and accepts no liability for decisions made based on platform data or football schedules.
8. Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance
Partners may not:
- misuse the platform,
- artificially generate signups,
- use spam techniques,
- impersonate Football Calendars,
- violate applicable laws or regulations,
- or damage the integrity or reputation of the platform.
Football Calendars may suspend or terminate partnerships in cases of abuse, fraud, misconduct or legal violations.
9. Payments
Payments are processed solely to:
- the official bank account of a registered supporters association,
- or, in case of an informal supporter group, to the individual who entered into the partnership agreement.
Any banking fees, transfer costs or payment processing charges are the responsibility of the Partner.
Football Calendars reserves the right to apply minimum payout thresholds and reasonable payment schedules.
10. Termination
Both parties may terminate the partnership at any time.
Football Calendars reserves the right to immediately terminate partnerships involving:
- fraud,
- abuse,
- illegal activities,
- reputational risks,
- or violations of these Partner Terms.
After termination:
- the Partner may no longer qualify for new revenue sharing payments,
- even if users continue using previously shared partner URLs.
11. Changes to These Partner Terms
Football Calendars reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Partner Terms from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication or communication to the Partner, unless stated otherwise.
Partners are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the Partner Terms periodically.
Continued participation in the Football Calendars Partner Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Partner Terms.
If a Partner does not agree with the updated terms, the partnership may be terminated in accordance with these Partner Terms.
12. Assignment, Transfer & Corporate Changes
Football Calendars reserves the right to:
- assign,
- transfer,
- sublicense,
- outsource,
- restructure,
- merge,
- sell,
- or otherwise transfer
all or part of the platform, Partner Program, agreements, campaigns, commercial arrangements, assets, rights or obligations to any affiliated entity, successor or third party.
Football Calendars may continue its services, campaigns and partner activities under a different:
- brand name,
- company name,
- domain name,
- ownership structure,
- or corporate structure.
Such transfer or restructuring shall not affect the continued applicability of these Partner Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Partner Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
If any provision of these Partner Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable.
Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
14. Language & Translations
These Partner Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience purposes.
In case of differences or inconsistencies between translations, the English version shall prevail.
